The Town of Huntington is one of ten towns in Suffolk County, New York. Founded in 1653, it is located on the north shore of Long Island in northwestern Suffolk County, with Long Island Sound to its north and Nassau County adjacent to the west. I have been with Hart since moving into my house 35 years ago.I have never had one complaint.They keep equipment is top shape.The one or two emergencies we had were addressed quickly.The only time We were without heat was during Hurricane Sandy, and that was due to the lack of electricity. We just moved out of our home of 35 years, and convinced the new owners to continue with Hart. Go with Hart, you will be happy.

A tune up and troubleshooting that did not fix our problem cost almost $1k. The tech was fine and very courteous. He replaced the thermostat on our hot water heater to fix an issue with the burner not responding to the thermo signal. The part costs about $110 online but we were charged over $300!! We have buyer remorse now since this did not even fix the problem. We were Hart customers for years and always trusted the service, but this left us with a bad taste. We still have a problem and are reluctant to call Hart back to fix this problem as it may rack up wasteful costs. Additionally, we now hear a rattle on the burner after the tune up - something may have not been secured when closing up the burner after the inspection. Not sure what our next move is but we do kotnfeel like the. $1k in charges was worth it - absolutely no value..

The technician who came to maintain the system walked into the house without wearing a mask and started talking to my wife and me (we were wearing masks). I pointed out to him that he did not wear a mask. His answer was “I have one in the truck”. Instead of going to the truck and getting his mask, he proceeded to the basement to work on the system. I consider this a great discourtesy and, more so, a great risk to my wife’s and my health (I am 81 years old). It took him less than 15 minutes to do the maintenance, which must be a world record. All the years I have had the Biasi system, it took 30 to 45 minutes to complete the job. He left no documentation behind.
