Didn’t say much, was looking to scoot out asap. I had to press the press him on information about the boiler. After asking a few questions he said everything was fine. Turns out he had screwed something up and we had no hot water after they left. After discovery of this, a new tech was sent out almost immediately (thank you) and fixed the issue. He confirmed it was an issue caused by the previous tech. He also showed me a picture of a few giant cracks and said he would only be confident it the boiler making it through ONE more season 🤯. This is info I needed! First tech was terrible and makes me want to cancel the service agreement honestly. Cant be sending that out to customers.

I thought I ran out of fuel I called Hart home care and they had somebody come to my house right away within 30 minutes. The service tec checked out the boiler and it was off he reset it and it turned back on. I did have fuel it shut down because we lost our power in the morning and had to reset the boiler. Marwin went through the entire system assuring us that it was fine. He was very professional.
