West Islip, NY is a posh coastal hamlet within Islip town. This beautiful community sits comfortably on Long Island’s southern shoreline and is a renowned tourist hotspot. Being a CDP, the hamlet has a population of around 29,000 inhabitants. The historical prominent Secatogue Indians were the first occupants of the area that is today referred to as West Islip over 1000 years ago. Their burial ground which was discovered north of the famous West Islip beach. After its unearthing, historians were able to reconstruct the Native’s traditional village which is alleged to have been along the coastline. The Dutch inhabitants arrived in the early part of the 1600s, followed closely by the English colonialists in 1664. Thomas and William Willetts bought the West Islip area in 1692 and established farms and fishing businesses. Other families arrived in the area about five years later and bought pieces of land from the two pioneers. The 1800s witnessed a shift from a farming village in an affluent suburb with magnificent estates. This shift led to further growth and rise in population which has resulted in the multicultural residential community that is today’s West Islip.

We are not aware of different levels of contract n costs of each. Requested this after talking with Customer Service but so far received nothing.
