This is the service person I would prefer at any of my service request. He is a no nonsense kind of guy. Gets to work and leaves you ( the customer) satisfied with the outcome. Employees like Julio are the ones who keep the companies reputation up.

Hart Home Comfort Service personnel in the field or the office are always polite, friendly and efficient. The company is a joy to deal with. A clear anomaly in todays, minimalist service environment.

While there was a knotty issue over the last few months, everyone who came for service was professional and went out of their way to see to it that the recurring issue was resolved before they left. Ultimately, the "Pro from Dover" was called in and this visit has resolved the issue once and for all. Tom recommended an additional fix that while not critical, was a good idea, and based upon my complete faith in Hart, we went forward.

Every contact with Hart Home Comfort makes me wonder why anyone uses another HVAC company. Brian always goes the extra yard to tune my burner for maximum performance. Service calls become visits from a friend instead of an inconvenience.

Once again, the necessity of a service call provided an opportunity to meet another of the courteous and always helpful Harte Home Comfort staff. Don was fully knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely fun to chat with. All my inquiries regarding the service required were answered fully and only after Don was certain that I understood, did we move on. Service was great , came and addressed to problem rather quickly... technician was more than pleasant and helpful, HOWEVER, getting a proper invoice sent to me was an issue as I rent the home and needed to supply my landlord with a detailed invoice , ESPECIALLY the fact that the tank is porous and needs replacement as the technician stated on HIS work order. There were 3 calls made to the office for this and as off the time of the survey I only received an invoice with a total and not even a description of what was done AND needed ,

I’m with Hart because Donnelly merged. I preferred their service. The Hart techs were great, but trying to get appointments was difficult.

I found that my annual Furnace tune up was a sincere pleasure and gratifying experience. A typically humdrum routine was elevated by the attention to detail and pride of workmanship Brian demonstrated in his efforts in my home. My furnace and the surrounding areas was left cleaner and almost new in appearance as he complete the tune up diligently cleaning not.only the inside, but also the outside.I was thrilled with his diligence and attention to detail. Thank You Brian!

Repairman came to my home at 1 am when by burner stopped functioning. Within three minutes he identified the problem, and in a hour my heat and hot water returned. He worked neatly, was pleasant, and best yet, knew his stuff!
