American Heart Association’s 2021 Heart of the Hamptons Heart Ball
Hart Home Comfort is passionate and dedicated to supporting the American Heart Association. We believe in the positive impact that the American Heart Association does and feel that it is important to support organizations that make a difference. This year, we are helping to spread the word and raise money for the Heart Ball. This annual event raises funds for lifesaving research, community service programs, and education.
2021 Heart of the Hamptons Heart Ball
This year, Jacqueline Hart is honored to serve the Long Island community as an Executive Leadership Team (ELT) member of the American Heart Association’s 2021 Heart of the Hamptons Heart Ball Campaign. To improve the cardiovascular health of all Americans, the AHA works with corporate partners and generous individuals to raise monies to help fund research, educate Long Islanders on the risks and prevention of heart disease and stroke and help impact laws and healthy policy changes both locally and nationally. We do this by holding multiple fundraising campaigns throughout the year.
As we continue to grow this event, ELT members are asked to give thought to who we know who would work with us to have a positive impact on Long Island. I am hoping you will be interested in supporting this campaign as we work to raise money to promote the mission of the American Heart Association.
Hart Home Comfort has worked with AHA for the past two years.
- In 2019, we donated $10,000 to purchase hands-only CPR kits and delivered them to train the students of Wyandanch High School to possibly save the life of someone in distress.
- In 2020 we donated $10,000 to supply blood pressure cuffs in underserved communities. As someone with high blood pressure, I can tell you how important access to this seemingly simple machine is.
U.S. Commemorates 57th Consecutive American Heart Month in February
This February marks the 57th year of American Heart Association’s Heart Month. The AHA aims to build awareness of heart and blood vessel diseases that are a nationwide problem. The American Heart Association supports all essential programs that help find solutions to health problems such as cardiovascular disease and stroke. This nonprofit organization funds vital research while educating consumers on healthy living, appropriate cardiac care, and more.
The Heart Ball is an annual fundraising event that helps support the programs and goals of the AHA. Please take the time to donate today for such a vital cause that affects so many each year.
