"Brian deserves a 5-star rating for the recent service inspection on my (ancient) oil burner. He checked the combustion and fixed a leak due to an old/expired pump, and replaced the pump. My burner now doesn’t kick on 5-6 times a day to keep the water hot; I’ve heard it just about once a day since he’s been here.
